Delivery of Service

Once the SMS package is successfully purchased from the website, SMS credits are added to your balance under your username, then you will receive an email containing the details of your order.
Using your username and password, please log in to your account, and send SMS to your contacts.

Refund Policy

1. Once a SMS is sent, the cost is deducted from your balance, the sent messages are not refundable as they were sent and delivered to mobile handsets, we rely on the mobile operator reports to know if SMS was delivered or not.
2. If due to system error at our side or mobile operator’s side, SMS messages are not sent or not delivered to mobile handsets, the used credits will be refunded to the account's balance.
3. Unused SMS credits can be refunded upon requests if the purchased package is not expired.
4. Refunded credits will be calculated as per package prices on the website.
